this is Polytron Corporation's "Fez", a puzzle/platformer with a twist (zing!). it should be released by the end of the year, but unfortunately only on XBLA.

This game reminds me of the 4 d game. It breaks your mind trying to solve some of the puzzles.
This looks like a good game but imo the graphics are very close to Minecraft
